This patient is in her late 60s and had undergone two previous face and neck lift operations. Her primary complaint was the heaviness in her neck and lack of definition to her lower face. We performed a deep plane face and neck lift with deep neck contouring as well as buccal fat removal and a lip lift.

This patient is in her mid 50s and was looking for natural facial rejuvenation. Her primary complaint was her aging lower face and wrinkles around her eyes that were no longer treatable with non-surgical options. We performed a deep plane face and neck lift, temporal brow elevation, and upper blepharoplasty.

This patient is in her late 40s and presented to discuss options to improve her neck and jawline contour. She was most bothered by the heaviness of her neck. We performed a deep plane face and neck lift with deep neck contouring including partial submandibular gland excision.
