Breast Augmentation With Lift

This patient is in her early 30s and is 5'6" and 130lbs after 100lbs of weight loss. Her pre-operative bra size was a C and her goal was to be slightly larger with better shape and upper pole fullness. We performed a bilateral breast augmentation with 405cc and 445cc moderate profile implants and a vertical breast lift.

This patient is in her early 30s and is 5'7" and 125 lbs. She was an A cup pre-operatively and wanted to be a full C cup. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 345cc moderate profile silicone implants and a mini (periareolar) breast lift.

This patient is in her early 30s and is 5'5" and 120 lbs. She was a C cup pre-operatively and wanted to be a full D cup. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 405cc and 445cc moderate profile silicone implants and a vertical breast lift.

This patient in her early 40s is 5'3" and 125 lbs. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 270cc moderate plus profile silicone implants and vertical breast lift with Galaflex for soft tissue support.

This patient is in her early 50s and is 5'3" and 140 lbs. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 250cc low plus profile silicone implants and a circumvertical breast lift. A nipple reduction was also performed as part of this operation.

She had an augmentation-mastopexy 15 years prior to presentation and felt that her breasts had become hard and were too large for her frame following some weight loss. She had bilateral capsular contracture. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 280cc low plus profile silicone implants and a revision vertical breast lift.

This patient is in her mid-50s and is 5'4" and 120lbs. She reported significant deflation and sagging in her breasts after having children and losing weight. Pre-operatively she was a B cup and her goal was a full C cup. We performed a bilateral breast augmentation with moderate profile 255cc implants and a vertical breast lift.
