Patient Details
This patient is in her late 30s and is 5'9" and 155 lbs. She had an augmentation-mastopexy 15 years prior to presentation and felt that her breasts had become hard and were too large for her frame following some weight loss. She had bilateral capsular contracture. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 280cc low plus profile silicone implants and a revision vertical breast lift.
